Environmental Assistant 

Join the founding team at Flinders House, a brand-new aged care community opening in Tannum Sands.

This role will sit at the heart of daily life at Flinders House. You'll be in and out of residents' rooms, common areas and dining spaces every day, so the way you work matters just as much as the work itself. Respect for people's privacy, dignity and belongings is part of the job, not an extra.

You'll report to our Facility Manager and work closely with the wider environmental team to make sure every family who walks through our door feels welcome, informed and confident in the choice they've made.
