The
Flinders House Story

Currently under construction

Flinders House has been developed to meet a clear need in the Gladstone Region.
For many families, finding the right aged care has meant moving loved ones away from the area. Away from familiar places, routines and support networks.
Flinders House has been created to offer a local option, so people can stay connected to the community they know.
A home shaped by experience
Flinders House is operated by Nobel Life Pacific PTY LTD, led by Ross Humphreys and Judith Don.
Ross and Judith bring decades of experience across aged care, healthcare and seniors living. Their work has focused on building and operating care environments that are safe, well run and centred around the individual.
Their approach is straightforward. Care should feel personal, respectful and consistent. Not clinical or distant.

Designed for people
Flinders House has been carefully designed to support day-to-day living.
The home will include 104 private rooms within a modern, purpose-built environment. Spaces are light-filled, easy to navigate and set up to support comfort, independence and wellbeing.
Every detail has been considered to make the home feel calm, practical and welcoming.
Part of a connected community
Flinders House sits within the Flinders Village precinct in Tannum Sands.
This creates a more connected environment, bringing together aged care and independent living in one location. It allows residents to remain part of a broader community, with access to familiar surroundings and support networks.

Looking ahead
Flinders House will open in August 2026.
As we move towards opening, the focus is on building a strong team and creating a home that families can trust.
We look forward to welcoming residents, families and staff into a place designed to feel right from day one.
